We have been hearing such "sensational" breaking news for the last many decades. Pakistani nukes always remain at the core but the story keeps changing, either Pakistan is poised to use nuclear weapon, or it's nuclear weapons are ready to fall into Taliban's hands or more recently we are going to gift them away to Saudi Arabia.
Funny part is, all these reports are generated in the United States, which to this date is the only country to have actually used nuclear weapons both in war and in peace (surprise!!!) on innocent civilian populations. Not only that it seriously contemplated using them again on Iran after 79 Tehran embassy staff hostage, Iraq in 1990's and on Afghanistan.
They keep voicing their concerns on nuclear safety in other countries, specially Pakistan, while conveniently forgetting tens if not hundreds of nuclear accidents in their own country.
