A soldier can fight with an empty stomach, but cannot survive long enough without any motivation.

In case of Afghans the motivation could mean freedom of drug trade...

Afghanistan government is most at fault, they cannot decide what to do and what is better for their country.

the Afghan government is forigen in their own land and enjoying the WOT part to enrich themselves as far as they can!
