Its not blaming, its laying down the facts. The fact is previous governments of PPP and PMLN were more interested in enriching themselves using public office. Their lust for power was such that they kept the country's interests subservient to their own and aligned their interests with interests of foreign powers in gradually weakening Pakistan to fall under India's hegemony. They showed themselves as willing partners to work towards that end.

Its just 10 months for new government. Even full term is not enough to fix myriad of problems Pakistan has. Due to self serving, corrupt system prevailing in the country, there are mafias everywhere, be it media, bureaucracy or political parties. These mafias have their own interests and since they have become very powerful, any government that want to work on sincere agenda for Pakistan will face challenges.
