You are parroting this same shit again and again. Let me give some reality check to you. They are an Indian vassal state surrounded by India and facing the prospects of being drowned into bay of Bengal. Indians have practically let them develope.
If Bangladesh is surrounded by India even after having a wide, open south in Bay Of Bengal and border with Myanmar, then Pakistan is also surrounded by India in practical sense. Pakistan share it's longest border with India. It's frontier with Afghanistan, Iran and China are remote and far away from major population center. On the other hands, Indian border run very deep and near where Pakistanis live.Lahore is barely a stone's throw away from Indian border. Punjab and Sindh, where 75 percent of Pakistanis live share all of it's border with India. this border is very suitable for Indian Mechanized infantry to cross. the entire region is flat, desert, semi desert hard soil, excellent for crossing Indian Tanks, armored vehicles, artillery and other land war equipments.
While in Bangladesh, although much of the surface is flat, is criss-crossed with hundreds of rivers and marshlands acting as a natural barrier for an invading forces. A big portion of India-Bangladesh border is demarcated by common, international rivers and mountainous, forested areas. More importantly, Half of Indo-Bangladesh border lies in North-east India, a region precariously and barely connected with mainland India by narrow Siliguri corridor. If Bangladesh became militarily a powerful state in near future and act in co-ordination with Chinese in hostility with India, then it would create a big threat to that region. So although, in map it looks like India is surrounding Bangladesh from 3 sides, but in reality Bangladesh is not vulnerable to Indian attack or dominance. It is actually India which is begging Bangladesh to connect their North East with Bangladeshi ports and highways and alllow passage to mainland and vice versa.
We are fully prepared to face any eventuality posed by sea level rise. Have you heard the term 'Bangladesh delta plan 2100'? It is a joint project between Bangladesh and Netherlands to defend the coastal areas of Bangladesh from any possible adverse effect of sea level rise.and facing the prospects of being drowned into bay of Bengal.

You should rather worry about the fate of Karachi and Southern Sindh. 40 million people may loose their home to rising sea by 2060. This is more than projected for Bangladesh. Do you think Punjabis will allow 40 million Sindhi and Mohajir to migrate in Punjab?
Rising sea level could sink Karachi, displace 40 million people
