China will definitely sell 5th gen to pakistan. The FC-31 5th gen is made for export. Nevertheless China is a few years away from unveiling its 6th gen anyways.

Lockheed martin is already giving critical techs for KFX/IFX, Its has been in news that Northrop Gruman is giving assistance to Japan to built their 5th gen jets, India has own priorities to develop its own 5th gen jet not relying on any foreign 5th gen jets, TFX will only get engine and avionics from foreign sources, Fuselage they have already have the capability to build STEATLH fuselage,

And as for F-35 has no guarantee to be deliver in near future, first they have to full fill there project members requirements which is in thousands, only USAF orders more than 2000 F-35

Like I said China and Turkey has ironed out their problems. Erdogan doesnt talk about Chinas internal issues anymore. If China gave Pakistan nuclear tech you think a 5th gen export orientated fighter is out of the question? Get real
