Hi , I've heard the internet TV boxes are popular in the U.K & you can basically watch anything on them with little to no buffering .Does anyone know about these & if they'll work in Pakistan .?.

i have a fire stick.. got it for 19 quid... and it has netflix app... I watch mostly bbc content(have not subscribed to netflix) and its quite smooth(no buffering).. but I think you need at least 3 mbps line...

No free streaming, and no shame from your side either.

A location-spoofing VPN can bypass that restriction easily, or subscribing with a US-ased credit card.

Netflix is cashing in on its popularity but with restrictions. Without the same content as the US, it's heading for the same raod as BBM for Android: Downhill.

LAS VEGAS: Streaming pioneer Netflix said Wednesday it had significantly expanded its global footprint to 190 countries, making its Internet TV service available in 130 new markets including Pakistan and India — but not China.

The Netflix Pakistan website says users can watch TV shows and movies for $7.99 a month, with a free month offer.

Because of this news, on the NYSE, Netflix shares were pretty much the only ones out of like 4 others, who appreciated more. Much more than Apple, Ali Baba, JP Morgan, Amazon and Facebook (just some examples).

This is first of MANY companies to come. NS has done verbal commitments and offered guaranteed profit and tax breaks to over 45 top tech companies.
