Chinese framework is Sovereign State Model. Everything is under the state, for the purpose of existence and development of the State. And the State is for the Chinese People. There are no lobbysts or Oligarchs in China. No 0.001% in China. The State is above all this.

Example: Chinese State lifted millions out of poverty in a couple of decades. Never happened before in history.

There are many more such example....but clearly the Framework of Being in China is different than your suggestions.
