if we just consider its full load displacement which is 1700 tones, TCSG YAŞAM is a corvette...

According to ME standarts  its a destroyer!

For Turkish navy it is a COAST GUARD SEARCH AND RESCUE SHIP

The Coast Guard Search and Rescue vessel has an overall length of 88.6 meters and a breadth of 12.2 meters. The draught of the ship is 3.5 meters. She has a full load displacement of 1700 tones. The maximum speed of the ship is 22+ knots and the main propulsion system consists of two diesel engines, two reduction gears, two shafts and two controllable pitch propellers.

The maximum cruising range of the Coast Guard Search and Rescue vessel is 3000 NM at an economical speed of 15 knots. The endurance of the ship is 15 days without replenishment for a complement of 72+20 personnel.

Besides the main missions of Law Enforcement and Search & Rescue, the ships can fulfill the following tasks as well:

Irani navy would probably name it a frigate or a destroyer :P anyway apart from usual 40mm twin gun and STAMPs shes almost a civilian vessel :)

But I have to say even this kind of firepower is enough for the coast guard as they work as a law enforcement force. I'm sure they'll LOVE it or... already loving it

already posted but still just as a reminder... here is RMK THE CORVETTE PROJECT which has almost the same design features with Coast Guard Search and Rescue vessel

It's a very nice ship, but if it's doing all the things listed, I hope it can do them well.
