I recall Poland, Hungry and Latvia getting it... Albania is NATO.. I would say 4th

Hungry and Latvia are in the talks. I am quessing that they are talking about the contract, how many TB2 and weapons. Or SAR radar like Poland have required. The deal with Albania is worth 40 million dollar, we didn't talked about Asian countries.
