We need at least 5-6 years to start designing something on our own i think

We need robust government clearance mechanisms. That's the problem. All the delays we have only 3 reasons:

1- Bureaucracy
2- Lobbying by powerful groups
3- No government spine

The problem number 3 seems to e solved for now, one and two need to be addressed.
