Taliban Pledge to Amend Their Hard-Line Stance on Women’s Rights

That will never happen as I said already it does not help sell the lies to invade countries. So leave it.

And my accusation still remains, don't hide under the cover, topic is limited to Taliban's mistreatment of women only so I cannot say anything about their mistreatment of males. It sounds sexist and hypocrite.
No, it doesn't. It just means I'm discussing the topic. I think I've made the point quite clear.

Not raising (on this thread) the issues that shias and hazaras faced does not make me a sectarian or racist.

Search for taliban interview given to your media while sitting in US, before invasion of Afghanistan. I don't have access to youtube otherwise I would have provided you the link. And Hillary Clinton is on record acknowledging that it was US's fault to leave Pakistan alone to deal with Afghanistan after USSR downfall.
None of which has anything to do with my post. I wasn't talking about Af-pak relations, I was only responding to one specific point that you mistakenly made - that of statues and food.

Really? Are you asking me why I am only speaking about women's issues and not men's? I'll tell you. No, scratch that - I'll let you figure it out yourself. I'll give a helpful hint for you - check out the title of this thread. And read the first post on which this thread is based. Do you get it now, why I was discussing only women's rights? Yes? No?

You know what being "on topic" in a discussion means, right?

Plenty of American money has been spent on alleviating famine in Afghanistan, both before and after 2001. You are seeing what you want to see, and turning a blind eye to the rest.

Many of those "Afghan children" that you are ostensibly bleeding your heart for, are alive because of American (and world) assistance. You do not have a monopoly on kindness. It is your vision that is crooked, not the world itself. Get new glasses, ones that are unsullied by preconceived notions - you will be surprised at how your perception of the world changes. If you wear blinkered glasses, the world that you see will appear crooked.

Trouble is, the taliban does not recognize democracy as a legitimate system of govt. They consider it anti-islamic. According to them, an unelected theocracy cum dictatorship is the only islamic way of governance. (With themselves being the dictators, of course.)
It is not ISLAMIC way. Nobody have the authority to claim he KNOWS the Islamic way unless it is clearly written in Quran. and Quran do not ask you to follow any kind of government system. Use any that suit you. What Quran ask is Social Justice, Equality and More share for weaker areas of society.

If they want to OCCUPY Kabul then it is wet dreams. No regional Power will allow this. China, Pakistan, Iran, India, Russia or NATO.
They can rule there own filthy A** with occupation and dictatorship

I know, but tell that to the taliban. They are convinced that a theocratic dictatorship is the true islamic form of society, and that liberal democracy is unislamic. That's the fundamental basis for their waging war in Afgh as well as Pakistan. Their own stated goal is to bring back an islamic theocracy.

You will either have to convince them that representative democracy and elected govts are not unislamic, or you will have to destroy them.

Remember, they did rule Kabul, for a few years. But yes, as of now that seems like a pipe dream for them. But unless they are completely destroyed, Afghanistan cannot become peaceful and prosperous. They will keep waging assymmetric war, because waging war is all they know to do. Both the Pakistani and Afghan taliban have to be eradicated down to the last person.

I will take option B :p:
and BTW they will die natural death.Their ideology will rot and their phenomenon will be history. They came into being under some circumstances and desperate time. Now that purpose is obsolete and so are them. And yes all taliban must be neutralized.
