Is he finally out? Any other source or confirmation. Till now I have been able to confirm it on Indian outlets only. Till now very little about him is available in open, just one Pic. But I hope senior members who were in the game during 90s know more about him as he was in the top tb govt judiciary.

"The Taliban's supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada -- who has never made a public appearance -- is in Afghanistan, deputy spokesman Bilal Karimi said Sunday.

They say he's in Kabul infact the claim is that he has always been there. Though he could have been anywhere during these times, claim of presence in Kabul is an effort to support their nationalistic claim and make him more acceptable to afghans especially kabulis.
