Turkey and Pakistan should jointly invest to develop helicopter infrastructure. Turkey has a couple of new helicopter programs proceeding simultaneously and It is underlined that Turkey should receive a few brother states as partner to develop such big scale programs to accelerate the development schedule, and I personally want to see the flag of Pakistan in Rotorcraft programs to be revealed in following years.

Considering the projects postd above, Pakistan has agreed to replace aged Ah-1 Cobras with superior T-129 Atak helicopters after extenve trials. Pakistan Army operates Mi-17 like helicopters which will be replaced with new generation helicopters. Instead of openinga tender to invite helicopter manufacturers all around the World, Joining into such a program from a brother country where Pakistan has already tested the engineering capacity is more benefical for Pakistan Army and industry. Joining into a program require risk-sharing and joint-investment but Helicopters will be shaped in the hands of Pakistani engineers to convert into the configurations of what Pakistan Army required. There is not a program Turkish industry commenced but failed in the end so strategy makers of both state should consider such options instead of opting a ready-package systems.
