What's new

Surrendered

This is so depressing.
I feel like picking this small girl in my arms and giving her a tight hug. I wish i could do something to take her out of the hell she's living in.

This picture gives us the perspective as to how bad things 're right now in Syria.

Thank you Al-Assad, Iran, Hezbollah, Shia terrorist militias and Russia.

This is nothing at all really as sad as this statement is. The Al-Assad regime has mass-murdered children of her age in the thousands all over Syria by doing indiscriminate carpet and barrel bombings in the thousands upon thousands.

Even 4 years ago at the earliest stages of the uprising small children were killed.

One of them became at one point the symbol of the uprising against the brutal dictator and mass-murderer.

His name was Hamza Ali Al-Khateeb and he was 13 years old and died because he was tortured to death by the Syrian regime because he was part of a big protest in Homs. That's what the heroic and noble Syrian people are up against.

But make no mistake. Insha'Allah they will emerge victorious and we will support them until that happens. Sadly I would wish that the Arab and Muslim regimes would increase this support. Hopefully we will see a similar Arab/Muslim coalition that we currently see in Yemen in Syria soon.

Shit! Look at what we're doing to our future generations. War, bloodshed, invasions, terror...That's what these kids have seen. This is the environment they are growing up in.

Yes & thats what is truely depressing. What are leaving for our future generations? a polluted planet, with virtually no natural resources left and disputes aplenty.
Just look into the eyes of the girl. No Hope whatsoever, in a stage of life where everything looks like a miracle of God filled with hope.
Alas there looks little for her.
I wish i could do something to take her out of the hell she's living in.
Pray for countless innocent souls like her. I know there is little chance, but my heartfelt prayers for peace to return to her land. God doesn't send souls on earth without purpose, let humans not interfere with that.

To be compared to local Iranians, Afghans, Southern Lebanese, Southern Iraqis, who die in Syria but are buried somewhere else.

as compared to the very local belgians, tunisians, indonesians, libyans, indians, dagestanis etc who are fighting against the evil bashar... those places are syrian provinces, of course.

Summary:
Girl: We are in Khan Sheikhoon (countryside of Idlib), we fled because of that dog, Bashar. To get rid of barrel bombings...

I can't continue unless if you believe children can lie about their emotions :( .

do you know her context?? brainwashed parents plus war... or she could be crying because she was being forced to say such things... who knows...

@Syrian Lion what is your take on this??

@jamahir, have you ever seen the contents of a barrel bomb ?!, it will not only scratch her face but....what can I say...

i have not seen, but i will not hesitate to do my duty in helping any society guided by socialism.

Then after everything, they come to blame someone for supporting Al-Qa'ida...they don't take time to understand who had actually thrown his people into Al-Qa'ida's lap ?

it is now fours years since 2011... why do you keep believing fakery created by bbc and al-jazeera... look at the big picture... can't you see who pulls the strings??

reminds me of those fake chemical attacks videos that were blamed on Asad and the western expertss dismissed them as bad acting and shameless propoganda
kids are a tool used for the same purpose

you see the videos of kids praising Taliban and singing their songs then your heart will jump to your mouth
someone actually linked that
what does that mean? taliban are right?

sorry for the laugh but i don't know how to talk about the insanity of people refusing to believe what is in plain sight... but your words more than enough spoke of this.

fotoshop...:-)

@Irfan Baloch

see the "hence proved" of your words and my previous comments's last line through the fine comment of this turkish gentleman. :)

Krishna in order to persuade him(Arjun) to fight, reminds him that there is no such act as killing. He explains that the "atman" or soul is the only reality; the body is simply an appearance, its existence and annihilation are illusory. And for Arjuna, a member of the "Kshatriya" or the warrior caste, fighting the battle is 'righteous'. It is a just cause and to defend it is his duty or dharma.

"…if you are killed (in the battle) you will ascend to heaven. On the contrary if you win the war you will enjoy the comforts of earthly kingdom. Therefore, get up and fight with determination… With equanimity towards happiness and sorrow, gain and loss, victory and defeat, fight. This way you will not incur any sin." (The Bhagavad Gita)

Krishna's advice to Arjuna forms the rest of the Gita, at the end of which, Arjuna is ready to go to war.

My friend Jamahir, think you should stop going on about your Libyan Jamahiriya.lool Yes you yourself know i have nothing against Libya, on the contrary i know Gadaffi was a very valuable leader who did fairly well for his people/Libyans(though this made them quite lazy/contented/resentful of others as the government paid everything for them.lol). You have to look forward not backwards, Gadaffi isnt coming back, nor his Jamahiriya. As i said geo politics is not a clean/moral game, its never been and never will it be. If people from other countries are stupid enough not to know how to protect their own interests or educated enough to know how geo politics/great game works, then they have only themselves to blsme, since countries will always do things that they thing serves their interests, doesnt matters how many thousands/hundreds of thousands die as a result. The earlier they learn that the better. So cant keep blaming the west/U.s forever, wouldnt change anything at all.:)
