Stormtossed: PAK has a knack 4 getting away with angering friend&foe alike

Yes. Lets see what happens. But at its core, Pakistan's strategy remains an India-centric one. In fact, this is probably the reason, why Pakistan did not want to commit to a long Yemeni mission. It seems for Pakistan, everything starts and ends with India (though you can't blame them, specially after the 71 Pakistan India war). Pakistan seems to be worried, India might break up Pakistan once more, this time reducing it to a petite state with no international relevance.

You underestimate, I don't think they need help to become irrelevant ;)

Well, that is what the article basically says. That Pakistan is charting its own way. Not siding with anyone.
Pakistan will never side with anyone and it is not about foreign policy only it is due to the ideology of Pakistan.Pakistan can not take side when it comes to Muslim Ummah.Pakistan will try its best to unite Muslim countries.

There is much talk about Pakistan's internal security. There is no threat to internal security of the state or chance of the state failing. The Taliban insurgency or Baloch is limited to about 5% of the Pakistan landmass and is mostly restricted within particular groups.

Punjab, most of Khyber Pak, all of Sindh that form the backbone of the country are solid. People see these stupid reports and go into hyper mode. Frankly it is ridicalous.

To put this in the Iranian context you had trouble in the Kurdish areas did that at any time equate to danger of Iranian state failing? Of course not.
