Nuclear strike to asean countries? What a utterly stupid question!! For what China would nuke these countries(which are significantly out-numbered and out-firepowered in conventional warfare)instead of conducting more efficient and less controversial air strike and naval battle? And VN can not obtain any nuclear weapon considering the political issues, and even if somehow you get your hands on a nuclear bomb, you still lack of possible means to deliver it.
