Haha, South Korea can make missile to reach Beijing, but they will never target Beijing. South Korea will only dare to aim their missiles at Japan and Russia. And the US now depends on South Korea for a number of key technologies.

But North Korea current intercontinental missiles, which are more than capable to destroy Washington DC within minutes, are now aiming at Washington and New York, I do believe.
