whenever the PM visits some place, the memorandums are signed, and committees are formed, a whole bunch of idiots are taken to the country for finalization and then comes out no result, but whenever the Chief visits some country, nothing is shown and no photoshoots takes places of shaking hands and press conference but in the very few days the results starts coming...

you have to look at the difference in abilities (qabliat) between two Sharifs, one's family have been laying down lives for the country since its birth, the other's family been taking the life away from the country since its birth. I think Raheel Sharif should have a lot more protection around him since he have made too many enemies in Pakistan

South Africa has no extradition treaty with Pakistan so why would South Africa hand over anybody in its territory to Pakistan? In any event, South African constitution prohibits handing over any person in its custody to any nation which imposes the death penalty if that person could be convicted of an offense where he/she would be sentenced to death.
