The reason I used google instead of actual site is because alibaba has scrubbed these images from their site AFTER this report came out. Google still keeps this in its index so I can still find it on google. It seems somewhere in April 2018, Alibaba realizing the trouble scrubbed its website of the troublesome listings. This was highlighed by investigation done by EAI.why use Google when you can search on the actual site? keep clicking the pictures you will find no actual R11 being offered on alibaba.com, by Google search the only thing you can prove is those pics exist on Ali's image server. mind you, the English version of alibaba is an international platform, and I don't see any Chinese characters on those steel cylinders
also did a search on the domestic Ali still no R11 is listed

It was just not produced, it was being sold on Alibaba as well.even if I could take words from a UK based NGO, I didn't see anything more than partial evidences of illegal production, which is frankly beyond my ability to either confirm or deny. if such illegal chemical plants exist then all I can say is it's total shame and the government should crackdown on them hard, as they are no different than meth labs
And yes, it was illegal or rather it should have been illegal. It seems laws were not enforced properly in China. Which was the entire point of the debate, China for business gains seems to look the other way when enforcing laws.
You seems to miss the basic point here. Point is, China didn't do all that out of her 'generosity' but rather gain. Business it seldom lose-win or win-lose situation, it is often win-win. China did this because it had something to gain, ie to keep her factories humming and people employed. World economy was not the reason, it was slow down of her own economy which forced China to do the massive spending it did in 2008.but if you really lived in Australia like your flag suggests you would know how the price of iron ore plummeted after 2008 and how quickly it bounced back thanks to China's demand, created by the stimulus package.
