You were the one who insisted that I post the link ,which ofcourse was about a post about which I have confessed atleast 3 times that I was in a slugabed mode when I posted it.
And yes I had understood with your 1st post on this thread last nite that it included the east Pakistan which is now Bangladesh.
But you were the one who insisted that you wanted to see that link despite me having accepted the fact i did make a blunder while posting the digits.
Now I dont know who's trolling here...you or me.???

I asked for the link because after many attempts of clarification at my part you still had reasons to believe that the percentage was in two figures.

This is what you posted today, and this appeared after things got cleared (as you have admitted yourself). Reddened part doesn't go well along with what are you putting up right now. Why would you repeat similar figures after having rectified them!

Well Emmie you got me wrong there.
I was talking specifically about Pakistan and the figures I gave was of the hindu and sikh minority.But then I might have gone wrong with the figures,blame me it on my slugahead habit.
But I am so sure that the population percentage was in 2 digits during 1947 which in the present is just a single digit and at a very low percentage at that.There's no denying the fact that minorotoes constantly face discrimination and are looked upon as secondary citizens.
It would be fudging if I dont mention the fact that minority population specially the hindus are concentrated mostly in and around the area of sindh only.

I won't be replying anymore for this discussion is going no where - on one hand you admit you were wrong with your figures and on another hand you post similar figures again.

I had accepted that I made a blunder with the digits I posted,I was also corrected by other Indian members here on this thread.
And I had posted that link ONLY after you insisted that I post the link where I had seen the double digits. (How many times do I apologise for the figures?? )
Now the discussion was not about the mathematical figures it was about the plight of minorities in Pakistan.
And now since you've once already accepted on this thread that minorities DO face discrimination then I dont have anything else to add to this discussion.

you forgot to mention the most repeated line: if majority muslims (of sunni vareity) are not safe in pakistan.....

the way its going few years from now the line will be wahabis and takfiris are not safe in Pakistan and so on

It must be 22% (20% factually) in east and west Pakistan combine. 2-3% in west Pakistan and 17-18% in east Pakistan.

East Pakistan = Today's Bangladesh
West Pakistan = Today's Pakistan

mydear simple maths says that if A = 100, B = 300, then 22% (A + B) = 88, 22% of A = 22, 22% of B = 66 so that you will get 22 + 66 = 88 which is 22% of A+B. So total minority population was 22% in Bangladesh. Also total minority population in Bangladesh + Pakistan is 22%. So Only west Pakistan must have 22% minority. Is not it ? Simple maths.
