تو غنی از ھر دو عالم من فقیر
روزِ محشر عذر ہائے من پذیر
ور حسابم را تو بینی ناگزیر
از نگاہِ مصطفیﷺ پنہان بگیر

ترجمہ:
اے اللہ! میں تیرا منگتا ہوں، تو دو عالم کو عطا کرنے والا ہے۔
روزِ محشر میرا عذر قبول فرمانا۔
اگر میرے نامۂ اعمال کا حساب ناگزیر بھی ہو۔
تو پھر اے میرے مولیٰ اسے آقا محمد مصطفٰیﷺ کی نگاہوں سے پوشیدہ رکھنا۔

Translation:
O Allah! I am your beggar, you are the one who is able to give the two worlds.
May the day of judgement accept my excuse.
If the account of my book is indispensable.
Then, o my protector, keep it hidden from the eyes of the Lord Muhammad self.

Sad truth is Sir Allama Iqbal would be called a Libturd by the Mullahturds. He was a man who recieved thre finest Western education possible and his outlook therefore was through a western mind. He looked at his own society through those lens and his writings reflect that. You can see how he yearns to reinterpret Islam in light of modern world and free it from Arab influences. He would be shocked to see how his idea turned out today where the like of TLP who are opposite of what he wrote have such enormous influence.

his lament in shikwa remains valid even to this day.... 'education is common but not worthy ...' as god narrates back to fellow Iqbal.

Whats wrong with calling him sir? He was knighted by King George V....

Being knighted, you get a title called "SIR" like his "DR" title from his PhD!
