According to the SIPRI Military Expenditure Database, Turkey is ranked at number 15 as the biggest spender for 2014.

Also as a result of the Wales Summit; all NATO member states had agreed to increase the defense spending to at least 2.5% of their GDP. By this; we can say that our budget will hit to at least 25,6 billion USDs soon.
