Didn't MQM join the Sindh government? Why don't they exert their influence?

Instead what should really happen is the culling of MQM and Karachi transfers to federal.

PPP is known to waste public money on loyal party workers. From 168bn, Karachi is supposed to get 42bn this year.

42 billion makes 25 % of 168 billion , perhaps a more justified allocation should be one third of development budget which would have amounted 55 billions out of 168 billion rps.

The other problem is population the funds are given by fed or provincial govt are base on last demography! The last time was 1988, guess how it's now.

No it was 1998 and they use estimates but provinces doesn't distribute according to population
