india should not withdraw troops from siachen, we have enough money to stand there. Now it's pakistan have to decide whether they want to stay there are not. it's difficult to under stand why they are scared by indian stand in siachen, history tell all the true story who always start war at first. india have no time to fight another war, army is just there for defence.

Wow, who is dying to invitie pakistanis to come to India and that too on a "liberal" visa? Especailly given the fact that they are the special privilleged ones having seperate queues and subject to special techniques of screening in international airports.

Refarding siachin, India has absolutely no issue for chai biskoot sessions like talks on kashmir. But expecting any concessions from India is absolutely foolish.

You folks are over-thinking this one. Instead of sending the Home minister, India sent the Home Secretary...a bureaucrat. Pakistani authorities were simply pi$$ed that the Home minister himself didn't come to sign such an "important" document. True story.
