India has formally asked China to stop the construction activities on the other side of Line of Control (LoC) in the Azad Kashmir.

With due respect, we call it "Azad Kashmir".

But the reality is the Pakistan has not included J&K in it's constitution while Indian has it included.

J&K joined the Republic of India through the instrument of accession. This was the agreed procedure laid out as per the partition plan of India.

If Pakistan questions this procedure the whole existence of Pakistan would come into question.

Pakistan policy makers are not foolish not to realize this and they very well know the implications.

As regards to China, they do not have any locus standi in this matter.

Let's not get into this. Two states ceded to Pakistan Junagadh and Hyderabad, both were invaded by India. India tore up the rule book first, therefore with Kashmir having a Muslim majority which was and is culturally and religiously in-line with Pakistan's people, should have gone with Pakistan.

As for the Indian government's complaint in the original post, it was expected but no one will take heed of it.

Why should India stop any development. India will only forewarn China not to do it till the land is under dispute. Now its China's turn to take any call it wishes. We are already exploring oil in Vietnamese water, we will also go into the so called disputed water under Vietnam's control, and ask China to shut shop in Pakistan occupied Kashmir as and when China raise objection about our oil exploration in SCS area...that's the whole point..
