Shut shop in Pakistan Kashmir, India tells China

lol, you invaded and took Askai Chin from India, why should India consider Askai Chin , Chinese ? You know your govt. position makes no sense what so ever. Other than a forceful military invasion you are in really no position to claim Askai Chin.

I'm sure you already know, according to the Indian Army's own internal military report (Henderson-Brooks report), it was in fact India who started the 1962 war:

It wasn't China, but Nehru who declared 1962 war - Times of India

Again, there is ZERO chance of China accepting India's position on Kashmir since they also claim Chinese land (Aksai Chin) as a part of it. Asking us to accept it is just stupid, you know we will never do that.

. .
Yup, and during this period, Chinese build railways, airports, tunnels, dams, industrial townships in P0k, right?

Railway Feasibility Study Completed
Few Dams are Under Construction
Airport is planned
Industrial Township will be constructed after the Roads and Railway Track is completed

.
The Chinese have to have security for their engineers, we know that our cry baby neighbour will try to get Chinese engineers kidnapped, we can expect ''Taliban'' groups from Afghanistan being trained for specific purpose of targeting Chinese working in Pakistan.

.
Would the intervention of Chinese in developing infrastructure or deploying military in Pakistan held Kashmir effect any of UN resolutions ?
Yes following

"1949: On 5 January 1949, UNCIP (United Nations Commission for India and Pakistan) resolution states that the question of the accession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir to India or Pakistan will be decided through a free and impartial plebiscite. As per the 1948 and 1949 UNCIPResolutions, both countries accept the principle, that Pakistan secures the withdrawal of Pakistani intruders followed by withdrawal of Pakistani and Indian forces, as a basis for the formulation of a Truce agreement whose details are to be arrived in future, followed by a plebiscite; However, both countries fail to arrive at a Truce agreement due to differences in interpretation of the procedure for and extent of demilitarisation one of them being whether the Azad Kashmiri army is to be disbanded during the truce stage or the plebiscite stage."

Again, you have not answered the question, On what basis or background is China claiming the land in Kashmir. Meddling in Kashmir only means you are willingly pushing India away from you. Pakistan attacked India 3 times but not once did we Take an inch of Pakistan.

Its funny the muscle flexing Indians are showing right now. Really? Do you really think they will just throw their 50+billion dollar investments and are going to walk away. India has been doing this since the revelation of CPEC and has been shouting but guess what nobody cares. The world doesn't care and least of all we don't care.

Stop with the conspiracy theories. you raised these terrorists against India which is biting you back for over a decade.
Now you claim India is responsible

. .

We don't need India's permission to build on Pakistan's land. We only asked for Pakistan's permission, and we got it.

There is absolutely zero way we can accept India's territorial claims in Kashmir, since they claim Chinese land (Aksai Chin) as a part of it. It's stupid to even ask us to accept it.

China is a stake holder in Kashmir region, once CPEC is in full swing, China's stakes in Kashmir will increase, that is what Indians mainly fear, as the hawks in their civilian and military establishment envisage a short war in the Pakistani Kashmir region, which would be impossible if Chinese presence is there !!!

. .
We also don't consider Aksai chin to be disputed, we consider it part of India, occupied by China in 1962
Let me sink this in gently,
No one cares what you think, it's a matter between Pakistan and China. And so far, everything is going smoothly.

.
Your petty attempts to sabotage CPEC through terrorism have already taken a major hit with your spy being caged and singing like a canary.

Once this project is in full flow, Indians know they can't move in Azad Kashmir as Chinese interests will be deeply rooted in these regions.

India should focus on hosting camping and BBQ parties for Chinese troops in India.

Its caled AJK and we dont have problem with Chinese investment in our state
Neither do the GB,istanis

The legal problem is the status of the territory of J&K as mentioned in UN and its boundary accepted by both parties. China has no locus standi on Kashmir but it has been in occupation of Aski-Chin since 1962.

If China starts investing on a disputed land even after being forewarned by India about the possible repercussions then this Chinese decision may adversely impact its relations with India.

India's warning is very timely and would create a lot of commotion in their Foreign and Commerce Ministry. After all India pays net of more than 50 billion dollars for Chinese goods every year.

The route passes through GB. Whilst Azad Kashmir is accepted by Pakistan as disputed. If India agrees it's a disputed land, then she should withdraw her forces from the region, and accept a plebiscite. China isn't the only party in the CPEC, don't let it's name fool you.
The Arabs would join it in a blink of an eye. India as I said earlier, has no right to take action, lest voice an objection.
