The entire state of J&K is part of India as per of the constitution of India.

India has now made it's intention clear that it reserves the right to respond.

India does not need a veto in UNSC to take action to defend it's territory.

And how many brigades or squadron has China moved towards our border. And how many bullets were exchanged on the Indochina/Tibetan border after the humiliation of Chinese forces in 1967?

Btw, the last time we saw the Chinese army, PLA, in full military might was way back in 1989, in Tienanmen square, where they smashed their enemies aka Chinese citizens.

But the reality is the Pakistan has not included J&K in it's constitution while Indian has it included.

J&K joined the Republic of India through the instrument of accession. This was the agreed procedure laid out as per the partition plan of India.

If Pakistan questions this procedure the whole existence of Pakistan would come into question.

Pakistan policy makers are not foolish not to realize this and they very well know the implications.

As regards to China, they do not have any locus standi in this matter.

You can do that, if you have a legal backing to it, like a an 'instrument of accession' . Ever heard any thing like this?

We also don't consider Aksai chin to be disputed, we consider it part of India, occupied by China in 1962.

Then there is ZERO possibility of China ever accepting India's view on Kashmir, since they claim Chinese land as a part of it.

lol, you invaded and took Askai Chin from India, why should India consider Askai Chin , Chinese ? You know your govt. position makes no sense what so ever. Other than a forceful military invasion you are in really no position to claim Askai Chin.

China's official position is entire Kashmir disputed territory between India and Pakistan and Aksai Chin officially a part of J&K as per UN resolution, hence according to China's own adopted stance, it become disputed territory between India and Pakistan.
