As per sources, the board members have flat-out refused to watch PadMan on request from the distributors. A source from the Punjab Film Censor Board said that all the members were hesitant to watch the film due to its content.

BULLSHIT ... allowing movies like JISM, HATE STORY & our very own punjabi movies which contains vulgar dances & cheap third class poetry is okay for these so called censor board members ... they never hesitate to watch such movies

But PadMan is about pads that will make menstruation hygienic. So in essence, It's anti-crazy-feminist and pro-sane-feminist/pro-human.

That said, I won't be watching it since I know a lot about Bollywood "filmmaking".

Previously a movie on public defecation problem was made with the same actor as the Pad movie. That could have lead to this attempt of milking more money from Indian public. But not every topic could become movie material and this one definitely isn't. That is though what producers are putting out as the selling point of the film and thus ridiculous.
