If she is anti-Islam, that is her choice. It does not disqualify her from becoming the Pakistani ambassador to the US.

Trust me she did not resign because of any religious reasons neither the petition based on this argument hold any value in Pakistani law.

She resigned simply on technical grounds but we have to wait and see more legal challenges to her new appointment other than her dumb self.

Actually yes! technically she was suppose to resign first before taking over govt. job.

Ghadari got to reappoint her in dates post her resignation.
Now beyond technical reasoning... there were better candidates available... both male & female.
Considering given geo-political situation any rtd. army general would have be a best choice or any one with degree in geo politics.

Forget the dates but do you think if lawyer may not have challenged her appointment... the pathetic judiciary and govt. may have continued in business as usual manner.

Please do not insult Dr. Mazari.. she is much more suitable candidate because of her relevant education and experience. Simply there is no one in Pakistan more suitable than her for this post but not the reason you mentioned.
