Dont misinterpret Quranic verses please. Muslims are not allowed to forcibly convert Non Muslims but when you embrace Islam there are rules to follow. You can't chose something of your liking and reject what you dont like.

OK but people should understand that there are two types of Sharia, private and public. If your action harm other people, there will be punishment, it is shariah law. While for private action violation, there is no where in Quran and hadith you can see the punishment in this world. There is no punishment if we dont pray for instant but if you killed other person there is punishment written in Quran about that.

State cannot force Muslim to pray although we are obligated by God to pray, same thing apply for hijab as well. If we pray because of state said so so the state will become another God. It is not good for our faith development (iman) as the intention is very important in Islam.

I agree with you on that. Things like salah and hijab shouldn't be imposed by state but implementing modest clothes code and banning alcohol is upto the state.

Hijab is Fard. This is pretty normative for Muslims.

Taking it off is a great sin.

Abu Afak and Asma bint Marwan were ordered by the Prophet Muhammad saws to be eliminated as they wrote poems to insult Muslims, Madinah, and accused them of betraying traditions.
