Only AESA radar make J-10C superior to any non AESA fighter jet, as the radar is itself very capable against EW systems, now add Chinese DAS to it which give 360 degree coverage in passive mode, one must remember that J-10C have tech of J-20 so it will be on par with block-70 if not better.

But surely you need to take into account the loitering time,the CFTs, The engine characteristics, maturity of its hardware and software, better thrust, better quality of armaments. I agree that the factors you have mentioned make the J10C a worthy opponent but does it better the 16??? I think maybe at par.
