Sexual warfare in Indian Occupied Kashmir

Many institutions have fallen to Indian scheming yet we are not responding in the way Indians respond. My view is that sending a team for Pathankot was a major mistake considering all India is doing in Pakistan.

India can't say Pakistan had a hand in it because they didn't allow them the proper investigation nor could show any solid evidence so Pathankot is completely their own doing in which they failed to do anything against Pakistan

.
Politically we cannot do anything more

This autonomy thing is like just opening a pandora's box

The whole country will start demanding this

The real problem is the MINDSET

They cannot get Pakistan out of their minds and hence we see PERIODIC Bursts
of violence ; hence we cannot lessen the NUMBER of Security forces
or as they say reduce the Military foot print

The geographical contiguity with Pakistan has messed their minds

It is a vicious circle

They agitate ; abuse India ; burn Indian flag
SO we have to keep Indian forces there

That makes them more angry ; though they remain subdued for a while
But the violence breaks out again

It is a question of mindset and attitude

However The security forces are VERY clear about the situation

If you remove AFSPA or withdraw the forces ; you will loose control of the state

Just a quick question. Why is the tiny Kashmir Valley so important to India? Indians know we Kashmiris can't accept Indian identity so why not just withdraw, keep Jammu and Ladakh and let the Valley go. The valley, even if India transforms its roads into gold, will not accept India as their country.

I am sure Indians will have learnt this by interacting with Kashmiris on social media.

You only need to go to facebook and see Kashmiri news pages and see how Indians (and their multiple troll accounts) fight with Kashmiri facebookers, its worse than Indo-Pak fights here.

Natural resources, Rivers what Pak call jugular veins,Hydro electric potential, strategic position and Fresh water in form of Glaciers and rivers for future need.

And Kashmir is not exclusively a Muslim land.Muslims are 67 ~ % and rest are Hindu, sikhs and Buddhist. If kashmiri pandits are settle in Kashmir valley the population of Muslims will drop 60 %.

Kashmir also has a religious importance for Hindus and Buddhist.

.
Occupied Kashmir is a hallmark of Indian brutality and general psyche of british colonial educated Hindu elites.

There was NO genocide or attempt of genocide in BD. The genocide story only exist in your head which is a Indo-awami concocted myth and nothing more.

Your DP choice is right :D:D

False. The population of the ENTIRE state of Jammu and Kashir including Ladakh is 67% Muslim. Of course if you include Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan then Muslim population is altogether 75-77%.

In the Kashmir Valley, even before the Pandit exodus, the valley was already 95% Muslim.

I am more worried about the demographic changes in Jammu's eastern districts, from where Muslims were killed and forced to flee in the hundreds of thousands in 1947.

.
Indians are literally raping Kashmiris, and it is only going to have a violent end. There is a reason why people had to go and crush them in Delhi.

I know how you are going to do it :D:D

.
Jaise karni waisi bharni, but unfortunately by the entire society because of few militants.

.
Here we include Laddakh and Jammu as a part of state and take the population as a whole.

What was the demograpy of Pakistan area before Partition. THere were places where it was majority hindus. But one stroke of pen changed everything. So these demographies debate are irrelavant. Assam demography is changing so is UK;s and Swedan because of large scale migration.
Hvae you ever raised your worry about them when they are changing in favor of becoming more muslim? THen why worry now?

I think giving them some form of autonomy within the Union is ideal like Wales is in the UK. And we probably not compare ourselves to them - perhaps our standard needs to be higher. I guess there was no other option in the 1990s. But when I was 20 or so and my Kashmiri friend in Uni in USA told me that his older brother was picked up by the Army and tortured because he refused to hand over his watch to some cop - I was shocked that something like this happens in India. A Kashmiri Pandit told me that after his family was driven out of the valley - when they returned, their entire ancestral home had been taken over by some Army honcho.

India has poured a lot in Kashmir. Integration is a two way street. Kashmiris felt closer to India after the crazy times ended. After Kashmiris were educated and got jobs in Bangalore. After they got cell phones. After the tourists began to return.
lol,,,historically, ethnically n geographically,,we northeasterners r much further to u thn kashmiris can ever be.
can we get the kind of autonomy u r suggesting for kashmir,,even article 370 will do :D

.
sexual warfare eh?!

May be India should take help of Sunny Leone to make it more sensual as well ;)

. .
Other than this in my own city of Lucknow Muslims have been framed on false charges of terrorism. These kinds of things say for sure why we will never be loyal to India and will never surrender to them. .

Please don't come up with cooked up stories. Yr own committee MQM has written letters to several countries including India highlighting the discrimination and kidnapping of MQM workers. They even wrote to NATO for military intervention. The MQM even protested before the UN assembly building.About Karachi, the less said, the more better. Law and order is very terrible in Karachi, there is a high rate of crime, murder, kidnapping,ROBBERY,land grabbing, ethnic voilence and political killings

I am merely looking at it from a legal perspective. The North East did not have separate Prime Minister like Kashmir did - also it did not sign a Treaty of Accession (as far as I know) - please correct me if I am wrong. From what I understand it was always part of British India and thus directly incorporated into the Indian Union. The Indian Independence Act passed by the British Parliament gave the Princely states the right to choose to remain independent or merge with the dominions of India or Pakistan. That's why Vallabhbhai Patel's contribution to the current length and breadth of India is absolutely unparalleled. So, this has nothing to do ethnic diversity or geographical distance.

The LAST time this Autonomy thing was demanded and discussed was in 2010 ; after massive violence and riots

The Three member panel gave its report to the Central Govt

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radha_Kumar#Kashmir_interlocutor_panel

It immediately started a massive controversy with ALL other groups jumping in
demanding autonomy( North East ; Tamil Nadu ; Punjab )

The UPA govt developed cold feet immediately and that report was thrown in the dust bin

This is NOT the 1950 s where you can AMEND the constitution to ONE man's whims and fancies
and give some state special status and also NOT EXPECT other states to follow suit

Immediately there will be country wide agitations

It will be like One mistake ( ie Article 370 ) compounded by Another HUGE blunder
