Sexual harassment at LUMS, don’t blame the university!

Don't feel bad folks, sexual harassment isn't worse in Pakistan than it is elsewhere in the world. Currently in Canada cases of rape are considered to be the most under reported type of crime. It happens up to ten times as often as it is reported. Most often by people known to the victim.

In Japan, セクハラ is so prevalent, there are exclusive women-only train cabins because they so frequently get groped on public transport.

That said, seeing a beauty and saying "hey girl, you look good today" doesn't qualify as harassment. There's a difference between a compliment and being rude. Let's keep things in perspective.
