There was both local police as well as Chechen military units fighting, the reports are 10 dead police officers with at least 3 being ambushed during a traffic stop. Unless there is further news i suggest you stop posting your opinions as facts.

lool.....Jeez.....seems the Russians and Chinese seem to be having trouble dealing with these terrorists in their soil. Their intelligence services seem not to be able to infiltrate/contain/prevent these muslim extremists/terrorists from striking at will and even more shockingly on a continous/regular basis. its indeed surprising/funny to see this. Guess we should give them a helping hand in this case(though our leaders will rather do the opposite for geo political reasons obviously.lool). Since our leaders/intelligence agencies in the West/U.S have more experience and an extensive intelligence network dealing with these islamic terrorist scums. reason, despite the Hatred these islamic jiihadists have for us, they still havent been able to launch a concerted/continous/regular attack against us in Europe/U.S, apart from a few crude isolated bombing here and there, and nothing much. Of course they do have experience.In training and supporting terrorists in Syria and Lybia.
As for the terrorists attack - they came in Grozny early morning.People have spotted them and inform autorities.Then(still unclear) a police patrol tried to stop them or terrorists attack them.After they fled to House of Press with their arms including 20ish IEDs.City-wide ATO was started and later called off since initial claim for hundreds of terrorist into Grozny was false.Later local security forces started elimination of the small group of terrorists.During the fight House of Press and neughboring buildings(school and another one) were damaged.End result-all terrorists were eliminated.
Local security forces suffered losses-30ish wounded and 10 dead.

Russian intelligence have prevented over 100 terror attacks, and even gave warning to the US about the Boston bombing as well as the 911 attacks. I think they can manage.

The people accusing him of crimes are the Salafists themselves. I'm not sure that cracking down on terrorism is a crime. There is also plenty of hate against Ramazan by extremists, manly because in the first Chechen conflict he was fighting against Russia, along with his famous father. By the time the second Chechen conflict started Ramazan and his father decided to fight on Russia's side mostly because Chechnya was run by a bunch of extremists many of them not even Chechen.
