No it's not miracle or magic. I don't think that Serbs were incompetent to run that factory and Chinese genius created miracles. Any other group of people could do the same with enough amount of investment capital which they have invested. By the most basic quick-look at the situation, questions are;

What was the annual capacity of factory before takeover?
How much money invested on the factory by Chinese?
What's the current rise of annual capacity after takeover?
What's the planned comeback date of invested money to the invester.

We dont have options to stop Montenegro from secession. Crnogorci were always Serbs, but 50% of them betray their ancestry. So when we add minorities of Croats and Albanians that are anti Serbia with 50% of Montenegrins that's how they won independence.

You forgot that in 90s we fought three wars, and we would probably be sanctioned again if we roll with tanks towards Montenegro.

You made a mistake accepting the constitutional changes from 2003, it was the beginning of the end. If Im not mistaken, when Slovenia prolaimed their independene Ygoslavian supreme court ruled it out, because it was illegal according to the country's constituion. Thats what you should have done, remove the referendum option from the constituion in 2003 and tell them to fck off.
