Senior Palestinian official dies after clash with Israeli forces in West Bank - The Washington Post

JERUSALEM — A senior Palestinian cabinet member died Wednesday after a confrontation with Israeli forces at a protest march in the West Bank over land seizures, officials and witnesses said, touching off outrage from Palestinian officials.

The death of Ziad Abu Ein, a longtime member of the Palestinian Authority’s administration, is certain to sharpen tensions after a recent wave of terrorist attacks and clashes set in motion by showdowns over a contested holy site in Jerusalem.

The full details of the incident were not immediately clear.

Palestinian "witnesses" do what they do best - lie. The media plays its part.

Check out Ma'an's report of the incident in Turmsayya this morning:

The head of the Palestinian Authority committee against the separation wall and settlements died Wednesday after Israeli soldiers assaulted him in a village near Ramallah, committee sources said.
Ziad Abu Ein, 55, died after an Israeli soldier beat him on the chest with his helmet in the village of Turmsayya in the Ramallah district, the director of the committee's information center, Jamil al-Barghouthi, told Ma'an.
Abu Ein also suffered severe tear gas inhalation as Israeli soldiers fired canisters in the area.
A Palestinian security source told AFP that Israeli forces beat Abu Ein with the butts of their rifles and their helmets during a protest march.

So during peaceful protest march, multiple IDF soldiers singled out a 55-year old to attack him with their helmets and rifle butts, besides shooting tear gas, all for no reason of course.

If you believe Palestinian Arab sources.

Even without a counter-narrative, this makes no sense.

However, a reporter who was right there and took the picture above says that the soldiers did not hit him at all. Another says that he was seen clutching his chest ten minutes after the tear gas was shot. TheIDF says its initial inquiry shows no physical altercation although it is investigating.

Abu Ein, who wasn't well, died of a heart attack.

Most news stories aren't mentioning that he was also a murderer. He killed 2 teens in 1979:

That is enough to qualify him to be a PA official.

Abbas, of course, immediately jumped on the bogus story as an excuse to slam Israel for a "barbaric murder." Because he is too moderate to incite violence by amplifying lies.

The script for this incident has been played out many times before, and the media is doing its part to immediately trumpet the craziest accusations without question - just as their role demands.

PA official dies after being assaulted by Israeli soldier | Maan News Agency

............

lets see if hazzy and the saudi members mourn this gentleman who was from fatah group.

more info... ( Palestinian minister dies after run-in with IDF soldiers in West Bank protest — RT News ).

may the plo take over gaza... may isratin be realized.

Do you ever get tired of trolling? I was just about to post about this but I saw it was already here. Of course we mourn any Palestinian who is killed by the occupation. There are elements in Fatah that are unlike Abbas and wish to go in different direction. You're an Indian nobody, don't tell me about my peoples affairs. And what do Saudi's have to do with this?

Instead condemning Israel you try demonizing Palestinians. Of course like every time.

Menachem Begin was a terrorist yet what did he become?
Although to be fair I'd regard any leader of Israel as terrorists anyways.

Erekat: Killing of Abu Ein example of Israel's vicious actions | Maan News Agency

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- PLO negotiator Saeb Erekat on Wednesday strongly condemned the death of Palestinian Authority official Ziad Abu Ein during a peaceful demonstration near Ramallah.

"Our brother Ziad was killed while marking the International Human Rights day by planting olive trees to symbolize the hope for both peace and justice. This a clear example of how the culture of impunity granted to Israel by the international community permits it to continue in committing crimes against the Palestinian people," Erekat said.

"The killing of the Minister Abu Ein is another example of Israel's vicious and arrogant actions committed against the Palestinians."

The international community has a responsibility to protect Palestinians from the crimes of an Israeli government full of "settlers and extremists," he added.

I'm confused? The incident was all on tape but probably considered graphic to post here. I don't want to violate rules.

well, i have to counter the liers and the disinformants.

Your post has nothing to do with with 'countering', it's unnecessary attack.

why didn't i see fatah people and their comrades ( like carlos ) in your "palestinian resistance fighters" thread... i asked you that there many months ago.

Again you have no idea what you're talking about. Just because you can't identify their armed faction doesn't mean I didn't include them. They were there plenty of times but my thread was deleted. And it was thread for modern armed wings.

The man in my avatar is Abu Jihad, which was top leader of Fatah armed wing.

why do i never see you posting about west bank and plo??

Once again you're trolling. I'm going to report if you keep derailing thread.

well, i am socialist... so was muammar gaddafi who gave you the "isratin" solution... so is carlos who sits now in a french jail because he helped palestinians... you are nobody to question any of us.

More trolling.

Here is the video:

1) Soldier pushed that minister away with hand.
2) Other Palestinians took minister away while he was shouting at soldier and waving with fist (minister does not look hurt at all, only very angry).
3) Then minister apparently got heart attack.

BTW. This minister murdered two teens aged 16 and 14:
