Certainly they are taking down names. If they see a repeat offender they will likely pursue charging them...but for a one off..maybe not likely.

For what's happening Is San Francisco I doubt taking down names will have any effect.

luckily San Francisco isn't the whole country.

Hopefully companies will leave in droves and turn the place into Detroit.
