Why do you care what war cry the Shia and Barelvi use?

If 'Ya Ali' gets their adrenaline pumping and minds focused on the challenge ahead, then by all means they should use it.

I think I saw a clip of some South Indian actor in a movie yelling 'Ya Ali' before he jumped into the middle of a bad guy camp and kicked, punched, karate chopped and shot dead about a million bad guys, so apparently this war cry is quite effective.

You are one of the reason I joined this forum, so good to see you live in action. :enjoy:

.
I know the whole event, it happened while I was there......... in the end The Yanks who interfered and gave a warning to the Saudi's "It's either the Pakistani's or Israeli's who know how to operate your equipment, so you choose"....

are you referring to the " Kahuta Incident "

.
On topic, one of the most terrifying war cry is that of the Gurkhas:

"Jaya Mahakali, Ayo Gorkhali"

Gurkha - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I've interacted with half a dozen of these Gurkhas (British if I can recall) who were on my dads and our houses protection detail in Kuwait after the first Gulf War........ respects to them!

why they need a battle cry in the first place?

In this "BATTLE CRY" is it battle that is important or the cry?

i knew you have some connection to Kafir Indians ... so i hear by sentence you " dafa , 786 ke tehat , apko 14 saal Zarvan ki company mai qaid-e-ba Aziyat diya jata hai :D

but he made good points ... for once remove the Burqa of Religion from your face and think ...
Religion is not just for Killing , battles , oppression , differences , Religion is also about peace , love , care , brotherhood , freedom of speech , tolerance , and etc ..

on Topic ... PA has a lot of Shia's in active duty , for them they have to include this " Narae haidry " etc ...
but if you go for Standard , i would prefer , Allah Ho Akber ...
this include Hindu , Christians as well.

there are other things as " Our Part of Faith " i am sure you do care for them as well
I know what religion is about freedom of speech yes but in limits you break them you invite trouble. Peace yes but not when your brothers are being killed around the world the order than is to fight and give ruthless answer to enemy. Love and Care yes most charity organisations are being run by religious organizations . Now on topic only ALLAH O AKBAR is right.

This is the new Pakistani mindset that is being bred by these "internet terrorists". The user you are quoting is included in that thought process. The idea is to selectively preach and declare people not with them apostates. The internet is being used with full force to preach such ideals to every strata of society.

Battle cries help soldiers get focused and it's helpful when facing danger or imminent death to have something to scream - that's human psychology, it's why armies have been using battle cries for centuries. Plus, the religious connotations can have an added morale bonus if the soldiers are religious.

who will set the Limits ?? and when West gives us trouble over something than we have no right to protest right ?

Peace yes but not when your brothers are being killed around the world the order than is to fight and give ruthless answer to enemy.

brothers ? where were our brothers , when 100,000 Kashmiri were butchered ,?? where were brothers when 70k + Pakistani's been blown into pieces on the name of Islam ?? Today , your own brother is not your brother ... forget about Muslim Brotherhood ..

Love and Care yes most charity organisations are being run by religious organizations .

Love and Care does not mean NGO's buddy ... look at the Tolerance in western Society , and than compare it to your brother " So called " Islamic countries ... hope its enough to open your eyes

centuries have past we are not fighting with swords and bows anymore . I am sure while dropping bombs from Jets we wont be needing any battle cry .
