Scotland’s referendum stirs Kashmiri demands for vote on future

Scotland was allowed this right some 300 years after it joined the union. The least to do is ask this question of India in about 250 years.

Besides we need an atmosphere of peace and safe return of Kashmiri Pandits before we can think of this option.
