I'am ready to pay with my life for my beliefs - MIKKHLIF AL-SHAMMARI

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — MIKHLIF AL-SHAMMARI has been jailed repeatedly, declared an infidel, ruined financially and shot four times — by his own son — all for this: He believes his fellow Sunni Muslims should treat Shiites as equals.

Very moving *Tears*. If the world is ruled by good people like this man, Chavez or Putin everything would be better

More nonsense that nobody can take seriously.

Shias, which are Muslims and Shia Islam just like Islam originates in our lands, have the same opportunities and rights as everybody else. Nobody is attacking them or killing them. In fact many are highly educated and work for major firms as petroleum engineers, chemists etc. They also live in a very rich land historically and in terms of resources. Many prominent businessmen also held from the Eastern Province which is btw majority Sunni Muslim.

Eastern Arabia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

They have their own mosques, clerics, Islamic laws etc. and are even allowed to celebrate Shia rituals in public.

Many people in the government are Shia Muslims as well.

Yes, very oppressed indeed!

Let's see how your favorite pariah state (Iran) and the fake wannabe-Arab Mullah's that rule it treat all the minorities that make up 40-45% of the population (if not more), Sunni Muslims, Afro-Iranians etc. After all you do nothing more than praising that pariah state.

MR. SHAMMARI says his protest derives partly from his origins: He is a leader of the Shammar tribe, which includes both Shiites and Sunnis and straddles the border between Saudi Arabia and Iraq. The Shammar suffered discrimination in the early days of the Saudi kingdom, because they were viewed as having divided loyalties.

He is no leader.

There is so much nonsense in that article that it is unbelievable. All the factual data is also wrong. Shia Muslims are a clear minority in the Eastern Province.

I wonder if we have Shias in Israel. There must be a few of them knocking around somewhere.

If there are retards around, hysterical monkey chants, self-lashing, Karbala mud for sale to eat, worshipping of clergy, self-appointed "holy sheep" in the form of so-called Ayatollah's etc., mut'ah, taqiyya, falsifications and depressive people that are constantly in a state of mourning then you indeed have Shias. All of them, being the small minority they are, also worship the fake wannabe Arab Mullah's that rule Iran. Another thing that unites them. This is why you will have a horde of Shias when you criticize that pariah state.
When not doing all that they have a habit of insulting great Islamic figures, past Caliphs of the great Rashidun Caliphate or curse a few Sahabah here and there.

In all seriousness our Shias are different and much more normal than the remaining lot in the ME (Farsi, Iraqi, Lebanese). That's something we share with the Zaydi's in Yemen which are good people too. But as an Israeli you should know this already since you have had the honor to engage with the Shias of Southern Lebanon.

But there are no Shias among the Palestinians so I doubt that you have more than a few hundred or thousand at most.

I just had a quick look and can't find information for Shias in Israel. We don't have that festival where they beat themselves.

There were some Shia in Lebanon in 1982 that welcomed us because they wanted to get rid of the PLO.

All in all, they seem to be a bit duplicitous and can changed allegiances very quickly.

I've never heard of Shia in Saudi suffering. They seem to be more integrated in Saudi than the Sunnis are in Iran.

The Sunni Muslims are severely oppressed in Iran and hanged on a regular basis. There are no Sunni mosques in Tehran either as the only capital in the world after the one in North Korea and a few others that I do not remember the names of.

Self-lashers in action in Qatif, EP, KSA:

You got to love that tiny oppressed minority. So sad for them that they are not allowed to beat/lash themselves with knifes' etc. in Makkah and Madinah and this way disturb and corrupt the pilgrimage for 90% of all Muslims worldwide and 90% of all visitors.

There is no equality

You know because?

Do you see Shias or anybody else getting killed in KSA? No such thing happens.

Do Shias live in a very rich area of KSA? Yes.

Do Shias have their own clerics, mosques, rituals that they freely conduct (my photos speak for themselves)? Yes.

Do Shia Muslims have roles in the society be it the private sector, public sector or even the government? Yes.

There is one shithole called Awamiyyah (population 30.000) which is where the only trouble makers live but it's quite most of the time.

End of discussion.

Theres no equality in the region called the ME, and certainly no Shia equality in Saudi Arabia, do you really think we are going to believe such bullshit.

You did not answer to my questions.

ME would be the best region of the world once again at it was for thousands of years had it not been for the conflicts.

There is equality for every citizen of KSA. Even Afro-Arabs are not discriminated and there is even one black Imam of Al-Masjid Al-Haram and several comedians, actors, singers etc. that are Afro-Arabs. Aside from sportsmen (football players especially), soldiers and much more.

Spreading anti-ME propaganda again. Like Netherlands was perfect.

You answered all your own questions after the question mark so no need for my input if you already answered it.
Thing is none of that means anything, I can make up new question with no end in sight. There is no need to argue and barely anyone is going to step in this shit your trying to feed us.

You just got an answer for your question and this so-called "oppression" was clearly denounced.

I focus on the ground realities and not just nonsense statements by ignorants who never even visited KSA.

By your logic the Sunni Arab Muslims in Iraq are massacred.
