We all saw/see what is going on in Shia Arab heartlands in Iraq and Lebanon and the massive anti-Iran and anti-Shia clergy/regime protests.

As an non-Arab leader, I would never try to meddle politically in the Arab world as it is fruitless and will give you many more problems than positives. Would limit the cooperation to economic relations and people to people relations. Anything else than such type of meddling. The US and USSR tried the same during the Cold War as the foremost powers of the world and it was largely a fiasco for them too.

Exactly, when Erdo had "zero problems with the neighbors" policy and before the "Arab Spring" we had very good relations with the Arab countries. I was really enjoying situation at those times. Now, all i see are "negative statements" coming from Arab countries regarding Turkey and it has very clear source (Turkey's intereference at Arab countries)

Anyway it is unfortunate as it is not needed but on the other hand you have really close ties with Qatar. Very strange to think that such a small country, yet very rich one, is Turkey’s strongest ally in the Arab world. Geopolitically it makes little sense but the MB project explains it all. I don’t know if the Turkish people support this policy or are hostile towards us Arabs but I can tell you honestly that there is no Arab hostility towards Turkish people. I am here talking about in general as I know that you have individual Arabs who do not like Turks and individual Turks who do not like Arabs.

But everybody enters Erdo's wagon, since main stream media in Turkey is controlled by him. You are seeing his effect on PDF like Turkish members arguing with Egyptians members while we have no reason to be hostile against them.

But who can replace Erdogan? Almost every Turk is telling me that Erdogan is the best of the worst and that the opposition is very bad? Maybe a more pragmatic and more nationalistic leader is needed? This is something that the Turkish public will have to decide themselves obviously.

I know it was the case for many years. People like me were both unhappy and hopeless but it changed now we are unhappy but hopeful.

Since last year's municipality elections some strong political figures emerged against Erdogan.
1-) Ekrem Imamoğlu: New Mayor of Istanbul from CHP party.
2-) Mansur Yavaş: New Mayor of Ankara from CHP party.
3-) Ali Babacan: Ex-AKP minister, technocrat, whom liked by everybody in Turkey.

There is this general feeling in Turkey that tides are turning against Erdogan with the emerge of these leaders.

Not only that, Erdo couldn't fix the problems that cost him in the municipality elections. Like, Syrian Refugee problem, Economic Crisis, Pensioners Problem, His son-in-law being the economy minister.....and on top of all these problems he wants to spend $105 Billion Liras on a earth removal project namely Kanal Istanbul.

I'm hopeful that 2023 (maybe even before) will be the end of Erdogan's regime.
