Mughals themselves didn't follow nomadic culture of native land Uzbekistan and that of their ancestor Mongols. Rather they used farsi language and followed Persian style and traditions

Ah Obama, I'd point you to the fact that he himself scaled down the drone program massively. His last year in office (2016) so the program bought down to just 3 attacks.
