It's a mental disease some people have brother. It also truly signifies deep insecurities in a person. Most of these racist people are deeply insecure people. It does not matter where it flourished (as if it did not flourish in Makkah and Madinah - capitals of Islamic theological thought for centuries after the move of capitals). Those were all Arab dynasties, all Arab people etc. Most of Iraq and Southern Levant is Arabia. The same people Semites/Arabs inhabiting it since time immortal. Baghdad was funded by Arabs in case you don't know.

There are no natural borders, besides it is logical that the largest empire in history (back then, still in the top 5 of all of history to this day 1400 years later) expanded. Umayyad's had a capital in Spain for a reason as well. It does not change anything.

In fact all of Iraq's ancient civilizations (Semitic) originate from Arabia next door. Even the Sumerians migrated from Eastern Arabia and considered Dilmun (in Eastern Arabia) as holy land an their ancestral home and Dilmun was a contemporary of Sumer.
