SAARC satellite India’s counter to other players entering region

You guys are obsessed with toilets, can I ask why? Is India without issues (is any nation?)? No. Is India tackling these issues? Of course.

Have I brought up per capita income and HDI of BD? Grow up.
At least our toilet obsession makes us use the toilet not shit in public.

Butthurt that both nations intend to be self-sufficient. And if we are going that way, Germany haven't sent robots to Mars but India has whereas 58% population defecate in public. Talk about misplaced priorities.
But most of BD's population will be using toilets unlike of India's that you need a "World Toilet Day" to promote using toilets.

Begging to India for what, absolutely F_U_C_King nothing. Run your propaganda on your local cow piss drinking contest by your Bl0ow Job Party (BJP)

You are from BD and talking about toilet?!!!! Are you going to make satellite with lungi technology? Which you use for befecating in the fields?

You don't know ABCD of a satellite, if some how begging or donation you manage to loan one, you will move it to sun or destroy it within few hours.

Your IQ is simply not enough to operate a satellite.

. . . . .
Pathetic, utterly pathetic, instead of debating the rationale behind such tiny nations needing their own space programs using logic and reason you have resorted to this.
I was using logic until one of you Kangaails decided to switch the topic.

meanwhile,BD will still buy services from India.BD can launch Bangabandhu, but they still will require ISRO for services they're using...

Now,welcome to the real world. This SAARC Satellite will be for multipurpose role. Some are making noise here without knowing their sats are Communication Sat,while proposed sat may perform different roles altogether. Most of these guys don't know that their Space Organisations buy various services from countries like USA,France,China or even from India, which is very costly.India proposed this dual role(Communication and Meteorological) sat so that they may use some of this services at low cost(Still undecided,But possibly India is going to fund major portion of this cost).also,India proposed to make space centers(nodes) in these countries to operate it(which might be free of cost altogether).but nobody can reason with these foolish lot.

read this......

Isro-Saarc satellite to be a communication vehicle

In 2045 mighty Bangladesh will be under water. Let them go to outer space via their suparco equivalent. We should set up sentry guns killing anyone who comes inside illegally.

Not really, launching own satellite makes more sense, less traffic and thus a technologically inferior satellite will do (a better one can be launched when the country's economy betters its situation). It also gives the government huge control over the entertainment sector instead of a foreign government.

Not exactly. Most of the "Bangladeshi and Lankan" communication satellites, own only the transponders in a satellite. I doubt they can call it their own. Sri Lankan satellite, a private firm, which paid for a Chinese vehicle to launch for it , is the same cause. They own a few transponders in a satellite, which are directly controlled by the Chinese.

If the same is offered by India at low cost, I see no strategic reason. Its not like you guys are using for Military technologies, yet.

Since a deal has already been signed by both countries, that's not possible.

.
Wrong both Bangladesh and Sri Lanka have intentions to launch own satellites into space and have signed a deal to do so. Sri Lanka already did sign a contract with a Chinese firm and Bangladesh to launch a satellite in 2018.

You know what ...I was waiting for this word in your statement.... :omghaha:
