+ u fail to read the OP , which clearly states the Current report regarding the frigates ie

"The deal for four Admiral Grigorovich-class (Project 11356) guided-missile stealth frigates will involve the direct supply of two vessels from Russia while another two will be made in India. The shipyard for making these frigates in India will be chosen by a competitive process, sources said."

There is no Russian turbine which can be mated to the gear box. That is the whole problem and that is why Russia is looking to get rid of them.

Your own post says that two will be delivered directly. Only two of them have their hull made. Maybe the third and fourth will be made in India.

If Israel makes an offer, India would surely procure parts of David Sling's like Iron Dome and Iron Beam to intercept and destroy short-range rockets and artillery shells.

India would procure Arrow 3 if there is JV or Make in India offering.

S400 is a Multi Layer defense that would contain targets within David Sling and Lower Arrow 2 interception envelope.
if India will procure it in the future, it'll work side by side S400.
JV is possible if it's funded by the Indian side, since Israel already has it's Arrow 3 system.
a new system is unlikely tho.

China paid 3 Billion $ for Six S-400, India has paid almost 5.8 Billion $ for FIVE S-400.

We have paid twice that of China for lesser systems. So clearly there is more to this than meets the eye.

India can't get the 400 km range missile as there is an International ban on sale of missiles that has a range of over 300 km. India will probably get the 240 km range missiles.
