Show the photos and the evidence of rebels firing grads from apartment blocks . From what I know ,rebels are firing from hilltops using the strategy that was used at karachaun mountain to remove rebels from slavyansk. Firing from apartment blocks is pure utter nonsense. The reason why rebels destroyed azov battliaon was use of grads from Saur-Mogila hill was this, they copied the strategy used at karachaun by junta. Yes, there is a reason why junta is trying to secure hilltops .
