As per bigger long range Radars Russians have challenged West, however their tech looks now bit old and even using SAMs/Radar combination for challenging both stealthy or non stealthy strike platforms alone looks to be ineffective especially in Syria. The fighter jets of Russian origin have struggled to engage their adversaries despite having powerful PESA radars as PAF was able to jam the radars of IAF during skirmish, until and unless the modern jets of Russia do not come in one on one contest with Western tech modern jets they can claim nothing. The upgraded S200/S300 are still active in Syria still Western and Israeli jets have successfully targeted the specific locations within Syria. The Chinese have shown some discontent about SU35 radar capabilities acquired by them.

India should try to get these radars..... considering our relationship with Russia I'm sure they won't say no to us..... Pakistan has already procured JY series Chinese radar of similar capabilities..... we must get this system from Russia....

How can the Russians say they've made stealth technology useless when they haven't even successfully developed their stealth technology (*ahem* Su-57).

Su-57 by design out rightly shows their focus is on Air Superiority with "some use of stealth blended with aerodynamics." It is the americans who have put all their eggs in the "stealth basket!"
