Even from your own links (and Janes being the most trusted source), it is clear that its Pakistan who is interested in Su-35. Russia, as a formality of diplomatic courtesy will only say if approached that talks are underway. Doesn't mean anything concrete.

What matters is the results. Aren't you guys make fun of Rafales as none are signed yet?

As my previous post, to even come close to RUSSIA-INDIA military trade, Pakistan would require to buy atleast 600 Su-35 (at current list prices) to even surpass Indian present orders to Russian Shipbuilders, Nuclear Design Bureaus and Aircraft manufacturers....

Janes confirmed it from PAF official also.

So the situation could be that Pakistan indeed discussed Su35 potential export to Pakistan but russia might not be willing or further negotiations are yet to happen
