The 14.000 civilian casualties mentioned by pro russian sources is the UN estimated all casualties on both sides in 2014-2022. Only 3.500 were civilians and MH17 count for about 10%. Russia probably killed more civilians in that period than ukrainians did on both sides of this conflict.

Simple solution if indeed Kinzhal was shot down. Just up the number of launches to the point the Patriot is overwhelmed. Its a Win Win situation for Russia regardless. It won't take much for Russia to deplete Ukrainian air defence systems.

Denmark immediately ordered israeli ATMOS howitzers and PULS rocket systems to replace the french CAESAR. Rocket systems start to arrive this summer and howitzers early 2024.
Ukraine is not recieving essential heavy equipment that cant be replaced. Most european countries are going to increase military spending in a way that makes the donations to Ukraine seem small.
