US never stopped Russia setting up shop in Syria and Libya. US don't care. US uses Russia to counter Turkish expansionism in Syria and Libya which used to be Turkish territories until Turkey lost WW1. To the US, Russians are westerners, Turkish are Asians.

Bein westerners or Asians has no importance to US . Russia is a dangerous country with Nukes and they are already making play in Belarus and Ukraine also in Georgia as well. So I very much doubt you comment on "US doesnt care ".

I am talking about geopolitics. You are talking about popular opinion. Thats the diffirence here. Russia made huge gains in last 5 years. Anyone can see that. Russia is and always will be number 1 threat in EU for USA and Israel. Also Erdoğans religious embitions will die with his goverment. Turkish people are secular and they are very open for EU . So dont buy that religious bullshit .
